  • 50 minute tutoring sessions, minimum two times per week.

  • Quiet classroom in my home.

  • Keeps line of communication open between teachers, tutor and parents.

  • Passionate about creating happy, life-long learners by building a strong foundation in Orton-Gillingham phonology and the study of word meanings - the morphology of our English language.

 

 

PRICING:

I charge $45 per 50 minute session, plus a yearly $30. materials fee for tutoring. Additional material expenses for Equipping Minds.

Total amount for the month is due at the beginning of each month, unless other arrangements have been made.  If you need to cancel due to a serious illness or emergency, I will do my best to reschedule if notified 24 hours in advance.

 

I offer individualized after-school and summer tutoring for

students experiencing difficulties in school.  I use an Orton-Gillingham approach, which is systematic and multi-sensory, especially important for those who are experiencing  dyslexic symptoms.

 

 

  • Providing help in phonics, phonemic awareness, language and vocabulary development, spelling, reading comprehension and writing skills.

  • Math facts and computation.
